Stamp clean page numbers onto every page. Choose the position — bottom-centre, bottom-right, or top-right — a format ("1", "Page 1", or "1 of N"), the font size, and the number to start from. The numbers are drawn into the file itself.
Numbers are added as real PDF text in Helvetica, so they print and export with the document. They go on top of existing content rather than into a header field, so check the preview position if your pages already have footers.
