How it works

1

Drop in your PDF

The file is checked locally for interactive form fields.

2

Flatten

Fields and their values are drawn permanently into the page.

3

Download the flat PDF

Same look, no editable fields — safe to archive or send.

Flattening turns interactive form fields — text boxes, checkboxes, dropdowns — into fixed page content. The values people typed stay visible but can no longer be edited, which is exactly what you want before archiving or sending a final version.

The tool reports how many fields were flattened so you can confirm it did something. Flattening is one-way: keep the original if you might need the editable form later. Note that it flattens form fields; annotations and layered artwork are handled by the full app’s flatten options.
