Each page of your PDF renders as a thumbnail preview, then exports as a full-resolution image — JPG for small files, PNG for lossless quality — at roughly double the on-screen resolution. Download pages one at a time or all of them in sequence.
Rendering flattens whatever is on the page into pixels: text, vector drawings, and annotations all become part of the image. That is what you want for sharing a page as a picture, but it means the output is no longer searchable text. Conversion happens in your browser, so large confidential files never travel.
