How it works

1

Paste a link or type text

URLs, plain text, Wi-Fi credentials, phone numbers — up to about 2,000 characters.

2

Style the code

Pick colors, size, error correction, and margin. Higher error correction survives logos and print damage.

3

Download PNG or SVG

PNG for documents and slides; SVG for print and signage at any size.

Type or paste a link (or any text — a phone number, Wi-Fi credentials, a vCard) and the code appears instantly. Choose the error-correction level, set your own foreground and background colors, adjust the quiet zone, and download a crisp PNG or a resolution-independent SVG that scales to a billboard without pixelating.

The code is generated entirely in your browser — the content never touches a server. Codes are static: they encode your content directly, so they never expire and never depend on a third-party redirect staying alive. That also means a static code cannot count its own scans — if you need scan analytics, the workspace can track views through a smart link you point the code at.

Questions, answered

A static code encodes your link directly — scans go straight to your destination, so there is nothing in the middle counting them. For scan analytics, sign in to the PDFDepth workspace, create a smart link to your document (which tracks each viewer), and generate a QR code for that link.
